HabibiSly (aka Sylvain Rabbath) est un artiste de cœur et d’instinct. Nourrie des influences moyen-orientales qui l’ont vu naître, sa musique a grandi dans les caves parisiennes du 18ᵉ arrondissement pour devenir un style unique : l’ Electro-Disco-Oriental décapant et solaire. Véritable alchimiste, il se plaît à mêler les univers et les énergies : mariages insolites, mélodies transcendantes, frénésies nocturnes et langueurs orientales.
Son profond désir de communion l’amène à la scène avec fougue et sincérité, créant une véritable liesse avec son public.
Compositeur, interprète et producteur, HabibiSly est un artiste aux multiples facettes et à l’identité affirmée.
Après 25 ans de tournées aux côtés de François Rabbath, il fonde son propre univers de création — Museum Studio et Museum Records — pour donner vie à sa vision et collaborer avec de nombreux artistes tels que -M-, Keziah Jones, Barbara Butch, Corine ou Head on TV. En 2025, il fonde le groupe HabibiSly, un projet audacieux et haut en couleurs, aux côtés de Tristan Camus (percussions, saxophone, chant), Aurélien Fadagrada (basse, saz) et Samara Naser, chanteuse d’origine syrienne dont la voix envoûtante ajoute une dimension spirituelle et magnétique à leur musique. À cette aventure se joint Jaouad El Garouge, musicien et chanteur gnawa d’Essaouira au Maroc. Son jeu de guembri, ses chants ancestraux et sa présence scénique hypnotique renforcent la dimension rituelle et fédératrice du groupe, reliant les racines africaines et orientales dans une transe moderne et universelle.

Nourished by the Middle Eastern influences of his birthplace, his music took root in the Parisian basements of the 18th arrondissement, evolving into a unique style: a raw and radiant Electro-Disco-Oriental. A true alchemist, he delights in blending worlds and energies: unexpected fusions, transcendent melodies, nocturnal frenzy, and oriental languor.

After 25 years of touring alongside François Rabbath, he founded his own creative universe—Museum Studio and Museum Records—to bring his vision to life and collaborate with numerous artists such as -M-, Keziah Jones, Barbara Butch, Corine, and Head on TV. In 2025, he founded the band HabibiSly, a bold and colorful project, alongside Tristan Camus (percussion, saxophone, vocals), Aurélien Fadagrada (bass, saz), and Samara Naser, a singer of Syrian origin whose spellbinding voice adds a spiritual and magnetic dimension to their music. Joining this adventure is Jaouad El Garouge, a Gnawa musician and singer from Essaouira, Morocco. His guembri playing, ancestral songs, and hypnotic stage presence reinforce the group’s ritualistic and unifying dimension, connecting African and Eastern roots in a modern and universal trance.
